- Provide and maintain the Couple Note service
- Enable partner connections and shared content features
- Send reminder notifications and wake-up alarms

6. Special Permissions
Wake-Up Alarm Feature: Our app uses special permissions to wake your device and display alarm screens without requiring password entry. This is essential for the reminder alarm functionality. We only use this permission when you have active reminders set.
Other permissions we request:
- Camera: To scan QR codes for partner connection
- Notifications: To send you reminders and alerts
- Internet: To sync your data and connect with your partner
- Vibration: For alarm notifications
- Audio: To play alarm sounds
- Volume Control: To adjust alarm volume
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:

- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Disconnect from your partner at any time
- Opt-out of personalized advertisements

8. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your personal data and content will be permanently deleted within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

Couple Note is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Couple Note, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app.
2. Description of Service
Couple Note is a mobile application that allows couples to:
- Create, view, edit, and delete reminders, to-do lists, and notes
- Share content with a connected partner through three tabs: Mine, Lover, and Couple
- Connect with a partner via connection code or QR code scanning
- Receive wake-up alarms and reminder notifications
- Synchronize data across devices
3. User Accounts
To use Couple Note, you must:
- Be at least 13 years old
- Sign in with a valid Google account
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Partner Connections
When you connect with a partner:
- Both parties must consent to the connection
- You will be able to view, edit, and delete each other's shared content
- You can disconnect from your partner at any time
- Upon disconnection, shared content will no longer be accessible to the disconnected partner
- You are responsible for managing your partner connection appropriately
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Upload malicious code or viruses
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the app or servers
6. Content Ownership and License
You retain all rights to the content you create in Couple Note (notes, reminders, to-dos). By using our app, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you and your connected partner.
7. Wake-Up Alarm Feature
Important: The wake-up alarm feature will activate your device screen without requiring password entry. By using this feature, you acknowledge and accept that:
- Your device may wake up at scheduled reminder times
- The alarm screen will display without authentication
- You are responsible for setting appropriate reminder times
- We are not liable for any consequences of alarm activations
8. Advertising
Couple Note displays advertisements through Google Mobile Ads. By using our app, you agree to view these advertisements. We do not control the content of third-party advertisements.
9. Intellectual Property
The Couple Note app, including its design, logo, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Couple Note is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- We are not responsible for data loss or corruption
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (if any)
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Couple Note and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the app settings.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Your continued use of Couple Note after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
